Return Policy

Returns:
Items can be returned within 3 working days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a 15% handling fee will be charged.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed within 3 working days of purchase for items of equal or lesser value.
If the new item costs more, the customer will need to pay the difference.

Non-Returnable Items:
Custom orders, clearance items or consumables cannot be returned or exchanged.
